From time-to-time, important information will be published in this space which needs to be passed to members between programme publication dates.
Important
When there are bad weather conditions - common sense applies!
If conditions are bad then the leader reserves the right to cancel walks at short notice.
Programme holders planning to do a walk in doubtful weather conditions, should contact leaders to find out if walks are still going ahead (where this is not obvious) and remember that some walks involving long distance travel will require this anyway.
Forthcoming ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING in November 2010
All motions for discussion at the AGM need to be with the Club Secretary by 13 September (see Club Rule No 5). They should be in writing and have the appropriate signatures.
Please consider nominations for Club officers which can be made at any time up to the "Election of Officers" item at the AGM.

Submitting Photographs for this site
All members are welcome to submit photographs to the site. However, where people are clearly identifiable
in the pictures, please ask their permission first. If a group photo is to be submitted, please tell people at the time
that it is taken, that it is intended for display on the club web site.
